Uncertificated Warrants shall be Authenticated by the Warrant Agent and deposited with the Depository and Warrant Certificates evidencing the Warrants shall be executed by the Corporation, Authenticated by or on behalf of the Warrant Agent and delivered by the Warrant Agent to the Warrantholders, as applicable, in accordance with a written order of the Corporation and the Warrant Agent shall record the name of the Registered Warrantholders on the Warrant register.

More Definitions of Warrant Certificates

Warrant Certificates means the certificates representing Warrants substantially in the form attached as Schedule "A" hereto or such other form as may be approved by the Company and the Warrant Agent;

Warrant Certificates means the certificates (in registered form) to be issued in respect of the Warrants in or substantially in the form set out in Schedule 1 of the Deed Poll as may from time to time modified in accordance with the Conditions;
