Warrant Coverage definition

Warrant Coverage means 2.95% times the aggregate principal amount of Term Loan Advances (as defined in the Loan Agreement) made and funded by the Warrantholder under the Loan Agreement from time to time.

More Definitions of Warrant Coverage
