Warrant Coverage Amount definition

Warrant Coverage Amount means that amount which equals 25% of the original principal amount of the Note.
Warrant Coverage Amount means that amount which equals 20% of the principal amount of the Note.
Warrant Coverage Amount means an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock into which the Conversion Shares issuable upon conversion of the Holder Note may be converted.
