This Warrant shall be exercisable commencing on the Warrant Issue Date and shall expire and be of no further force or effect at 4:30 pm (Dallas time) on December 31, 2014 (the “Expiration Date”).
The shall be exercisable, in whole or in part, during the term commencing on the Warrant Issue Date and ending on the date five (5) years after the Warrant Issue Date (the "Expiration Time").

In the event of a proposed transaction of the kind described above, the Company shall notify the Holder at least twenty (20) days prior to the consummation of such event or transaction; provided, however, that the Holder shall in any event have at least forty (40) days after the Warrant Issue Date to exercise this Warrant.
