Warrant Statement definition

Warrant Statement has the meaning specified in Section 3(b) hereof.
Warrant Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(a).
Warrant Statement means any statement issued by the Warrant Agent from time to time to a registered Holder of Book-Entry Warrants reflecting such book-entry position, substantially in the form of Exhibit A.

  • Upon any such exercise, Shares shall be issued in the manner set forth in Section 4 of the Warrant Certificate or, in the case of Holders of Book-Entry Warrants, incorporated into the terms of the Book-Entry Warrants (and any Warrant Statement relating thereto), and subject to the restrictions set forth in Section 3 of the Warrant Certificate, which terms are hereby incorporated into the terms of the Book-Entry Warrants (and any Warrant Statement relating thereto).
