The Supplier shall represent the Buyers’ interests in ensuring that statutory requirements enable adequate testing and maintenance of water quality is delivered by the relevant Wholesaler for the duration of the contract and for arranging and co-ordinating any remedial actions required to correct water quality in accordance with the Water Supply (Water Quality) Regulations 2000.
