Web Development definition

Web Development means the Web Development details described in the Proposal.
Web Development. Supplier must have a website with information and photographs of their product available to the public. Said website must conform to the US Tax and Trade Bureau's alcohol advertising standards, as well as to the standards set by the Distilled Industry Council of the United States. Should Supplier desire that Distributor modify and improve an existing website, Distributor may charge a consulting set-up fee of no less than $1,000.00. All out of pocket web modification charges to be for the account of the Supplier.
Web Development or “Web Design” or “Website Updates” means any software programme, database structure or content, artistic work, screen layout, user or technical documentation or any other work created in connection therewith and any modifications, enhancements or upgrades thereto.

  • Associate Degree or higher (Bachelor/Master/Doctoral) Information Technology or Related Degree including, but not limited to, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Database Administration, Web Development, Computer Programming, Network Engineering, System Administration and Network Management.

  • All Intellectual Property and related materials, including but not limited to, moral rights, goodwill, trade secrets, applications for registrations or relevant registration, rights to any trademark, trade tress, patent, copyright, trade name, and industrial design (“Intellectual Property”) that is produced or developed under this Web Development Agreement.

Related to Web Development

  • Infill development means new construction on a vacant commercial lot currently held as open space.

  • Research and development means (1) theoretical analysis, exploration, or experimentation; or (2) the extension of investigative findings and theories of a scientific or technical nature into practical application for experimental and demonstration purposes, including the experimental production and testing of models, devices, equipment, materials, and processes. Research and development does not include the internal or external administration of radiation or radioactive material to human beings.

  • Economic development means all powers expressly granted and reasonably inferred pursuant to SDCL § 9-54.

  • Clinical Development means the conduct of clinical trials in humans to assess the dosing, safety and/or efficacy of the Product, including but not limited to Phase I Clinical Trials, Phase II Clinical Trials, Phase Ill Clinical Trials and Phase IV Clinical Trials.

  • Commercial Development means any development on private land that is not heavy industrial or residential. The category includes, but is not limited to: hospitals, laboratories and other medical facilities, educational institutions, recreational facilities, plant nurseries, car wash facilities, mini-malls and other business complexes, shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, public warehouses and other light industrial complexes.
