Web Font definition

Web Font is type face Font software that has been created, optimised, translated or otherwise specially modified for use on the Internet for styling or viewing text on a website.
Web Font. Software The font software set forth in this Agreement that is identified as Web Font Software and which, when used on an appropriate device or devices, generates typeface and typographic designs and ornaments. Web Font Software shall include all copies of the Web Font Software Used or accessed in conjunction with the rendering of web pages, including copies of web pages that may be temporarily cached, and all subsets and bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from the Web Font Software. Workstation A hardware component in which Software or the Desktop Application is installed and from which an individual is able to give commands (whether by keyboard or otherwise) that are followed by the Software or Desktop Application, as applicable.

  • Eventual customisations of the Web Font have to be agreed between the parties.

  • The use of Web Font on a laptop or workstation computer, or for any uses not expressly permitted in the present Agreement is prohibited.

  • SDK means the JetBrains Rider Software Development Kit and specifically including any associated JetBrains Rider software files, documentation, software code or other materials made available by JetBrains and any third-party software programs that are owned and licensed by parties other than JetBrains and that are either integrated with or made part of the SDK (collectively, “Third-Party Software”).
