WECC Path Rating Process definition

WECC Path Rating Process means the process described by the document published by the Western Electricity Coordinating Council, or its successor, titled Overview of Policies and Procedures for Regional Planning Project Review, Project Rating Review, and Progress Reports, as it may be amended or replaced.
