Withdrawing Your Consent. You may at any time change your mind from receiving disclosures and notices electronically and tell us that you want to receive the required disclosures and notices only in paper format. You must inform us of your decision to withdraw your consent and receive future disclosure and notices in paper format by following the procedure described below.

Related to Withdrawing Your Consent

  • Withdrawing or “Withdrawal” means the resignation of a Member from the Company as a Member. Such terms shall not include any Dispositions of Membership Interests (which are governed by Article IV), even though the Member making a Disposition may cease to be a Member as a result of such Disposition.

  • Consent Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 4.6(a).

  • Approval Letter means the letter from WRAS to the Applicant confirming the grant of WRAS Approval in respect of a Product;

  • Consent means written permission signed by a duly authorized officer or employee of the Commonwealth, provided that where the material facts have been disclosed, in writing, by prequalification, bid, proposal, or contractual terms, the Commonwealth shall be deemed to have consented by virtue of the execution of this contract.

  • Written Notification means an electronic document (including faxes, emails, internal mail on the client terminal etc.) or an announcement on the Company's website.
