Xilinx Device definition

Xilinx Device means a programmable logic device, including a field programmable gate array (FPGA) device or complex programmable logic device (CPLD), manufactured and marketed by or for Xilinx.
Xilinx Device means FPGA, PLD, SoC, configurable memory or other semiconductor devices that Xilinx designs and sells directly or through one or more of Xilinx’s authorized distributors.
Xilinx Device means a system on module (“SOM”) that Xilinx designs and sells directly or through one or more of Xilinx’s authorized distributors.

  • In all cases Distributable Components shall be distributed only for use to program a Xilinx Device.

  • Licensee may reproduce and distribute the Licensed Materials, solely in Bitstream form for use to program a Xilinx Device that operates in Licensee’s system‐level hardware products.
