Yield Collections definition

Yield Collections means an amount equal to Collections received with respect to each Account multiplied by the Yield Factor.
Yield Collections means, with respect to any Receivable, all Collections thereon in excess of, and that are not classified as a repayment of, the Purchase Price of such Receivable.
Yield Collections means, with respect to any Collection Period, an amount of Collections received in such Collection Period equal to the Pool Balance multiplied by the Yield Factor.

Examples of Yield Collections in a sentence

  • A portion of the Collections on the Receivables received in any Due Period equal to the product of the aggregate amount of such Collections and the Yield Factor will be treated as Yield Collections.

  • An amount equal to the lesser of (A) the Class A Modified Required Amount Shortfall and (B) the sum of the Class B Excess Funding Amount and Class B Principal Collections less Series Yield Collections allocable to the Class B Investor Interest shall be withdrawn from the Series Collections Account and deposited into the Series Distribution Account.

Yield Collections means with respect to any Collection Period, the sum of (i) the amount of Collections (other than Net Interchange) for such Collection Period multiplied by the Yield Factor and (ii) the amount of Net Interchange (if any) allocable to any Series of Certificates pursuant to any Supplement with respect to such Collection Period (to the extent received by the Trust and deposited into the Collection Account or any Series Account, as the case may be, on the Transfer Date following such Collection Period).
Yield Collections means with respect to any Collection Period, the sum of (i) the amount of Collections (other than Recoveries and Net Interchange) for such Collection Period multiplied by the Yield Factor, (ii) the amount of Net Interchange (if any) allocable to any Series of Certificates pursuant to any Supplement with respect to such Collection Period, (iii) any interest and earnings (net of losses and investment expenses) on funds on deposit in the Excess Funding Account and (iv) the excess, if any, of Recoveries over the amount of Receivables (other than Ineligible Receivables) in Defaulted Accounts on the day such Accounts became Defaulted Accounts during such Collection Period (in each case to the extent received by the Trust and deposited into the Collection Account or any Series Account, as the case may be, on the Transfer Date following such Collection Period).

Related to Yield Collections

  • Interest Collections means, (i) with respect to any Loan Asset, all payments and collections attributable to interest on such Loan Asset, including, without limitation, all scheduled payments of interest and payments of interest relating to principal prepayments, all guaranty payments attributable to interest and proceeds of any liquidations, sales, dispositions or securitizations attributable to interest on such Loan Asset and (ii) amendment fees, late fees, waiver fees or other amounts received in respect of Loan Assets.

  • Net Collections With respect to any Corrected Mortgage Loan, an amount equal to all payments on account of interest and principal on such Mortgage Loan.

  • Deemed Collections has the meaning set forth in Section 4.01(d).

  • Finance Charge Collections means Collections of Finance Charge Receivables.

  • Principal Collections means Collections of Principal Receivables.
