A portion of the Collections on the Receivables received in any Due Period equal to the product of the aggregate amount of such Collections and the Yield Factor will be treated as Yield Collections.
An amount equal to the lesser of (A) the Class A Modified Required Amount Shortfall and (B) the sum of the Class B Excess Funding Amount and Class B Principal Collections less Series Yield Collections allocable to the Class B Investor Interest shall be withdrawn from the Series Collections Account and deposited into the Series Distribution Account.
