Acceptance of Terms and Selection Process. 2.8.1. A Recipient will, by responding to the Bank for RfP, be deemed to have accepted the terms of this RfP. 2.8.2. Each Recipient / Respondent having responded to this RfP acknowledges to have read, understood and accepts the selection & evaluation process mentioned in this RfP document. The Recipient / Respondent ceases to have any option to object against any of these processes at any stage subsequent to submission of its responses to this RfP. 2.8.3. All claims for functional / technical delivery made by the bidders in their responses to the RfP shall be assumed as deliverable, within the quoted financials.
