Modification And/ Or Withdrawal of Bids. 4.9.1 The Bidder may modify or withdraw its bid after the bid’s submission, provided that written notice of the modification including substitution or withdrawal of the bids is received by the Bank, prior to the deadline prescribed for submission of bids. 4.9.2 The Bid modification or withdrawal notice must be on bidder’s letterhead, signed and sealed.
