SCOPE OF WORK. 2.1 The licensee i.e. Station Ticket Booking Agent (STBA) as a licensed independent contractor shall be responsible to issue tickets from the station premises. 2.2 The disbursement of unreserved tickets by STBA shall be governed by the timings as decided by the KRCL, keeping in view the local conditions. 2.3 The licensee will be authorized to issue cash tickets only. 2.4 The licensee will be allowed to sell all types of non-concessional unreserved tickets issued through UTS including platform tickets, Senior Citizen concessional tickets, season tickets & renewal of season tickets. All other concessional tickets requiring documentary proof before issue of tickets can be issued by STBA only when endorsed and permitted by the concerned Station Master / Assistant Station Master. 2.5 Money Receipts, TTE cash, Parcel cash etc will be permitted at the STBA counters only when authorised / endorsed by concerned Station Master / Assistant Station Master / Supervisory Booking clerk. However revenue so received shall not be accounted for in the monthly turnover of the station, for the purpose of calculating the commission for STBA. 2.6 STBA shall not be permitted to issue any Blank Paper tickets or Money receipt. 2.7 The facility of 'NI' (Not Issued tickets) will be available to the STBA only when authorized/endorsed by the concerned Station Master / Assistant Station Master. 2.8 Cancellation of ticket: The facility of cancellation of ticket may be extended to STBA only when authorized / endorsed by the concerned Station Master / Assistant Station Master.

VIP Lounges &01 No.CIP Lounge and other ancillary areas of respective Lounges. f) AC, PA System, Fire alarm and Firefighting design 1.3 Concept Design based on inputs from client  The Architectural consultant shall provide Architectural concept for a particular scheme (as per requirement of AAI) incorporating inputs from local heritage, art and culture with 3 options including concept drawings, walk through, indicative cost for all 3 options. The Architectural consultant shall make a presentation to Airport Director and his team of officials. The Consultant shall study the architectural intent designed for the existing terminal building/existing ancillary buildings/proposed ancillary buildings before conceptualizing the scheme.  The Architectural consultant shall provide planning and design of interior work of existing VIPs & CIP Lounges i/c reception area & toilets, the interior work shall be based on concept based work in VIP/CIP walls, Door, window & partitions details, Flooring pattern / color Scheme, False ceiling, finishing details etc. i/c Toilet detail like toilet walls, painting, WC cubicles, plumbing and sanitary fittings/fixtures, plumbing and drainage layout and details etc as per the requirement, if any, internal EI work including layout of mains, sub main, group, circuit and point wirings within the area in line with the existing internal EI, artificial planters, Furniture & Upholstery, fittings/fixtures including ventilation system in rest rooms, as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.  Planning and design of interior works of Airport VIP/CIP lounges including rest rooms, illumination levels in the lounges shall be sel...
SCOPE OF WORK. Scope of Work of the agency is as follows: - a. Agency will be required to provide placement to students who are not placed or who were placed but subsequently their job offers are revoked. b. Agency will be paid only on successful placement of a student. c. Agency will need to have sufficient recruitment skills for placing students at this level (CTC of more than Rs. 15 Lakh per annum, where Fixed component must be more than Rs. 12 Lakhs per annum) d. Whenever there is a requirement, the institute will float the request and agencies have to submit quotations. L1 will be provided the order. e. Agency need to provide atleast 3 interview opportunities to the students for the placement. The student will have to take the first offer. f. Agency has to provide opportunity with organizations not associated with the institute. g. In case Agency has provided opportunity with an organization who has come to the institute for Final Placements then the offer provided to the student must be equal to or higher than the one offered by the organization on campus. h. In case the agency has placed the student and the offer from the organization is revoked before the student joins the organization then the agency has to provide another placement to the student. i. No upfront cost to the institute or the students.

SCOPE OF WORK. The scope of work and deliverables for the bidder includes, but not limited to, the following: i. Prepare and implement Risk Assessment & Monitoring Framework for NBFC portfolio which includes policy document, operating manuals, data collection mechanism, defining of various triggers based on data, etc. Policy document to include possible options and approaches to be created for the new framework for approval of competent authority. ii. Identifying and sampling/baselining of at least 100 NBFC- ICCs [Investment & Credit Companies] based on their Asset, Liability and market data [Sample distribution: 5 AAA, 10 AA, 20 A, 20 BBB, 20 BB/B and 10 Unrated, 10 NBFC-MFI (BBB & Below) and 5 fintech NBFCs]. Fintech NBFCs should be substantially digitally enabled NBFC from inception and engaged in extending business/ MSE loans. Further, the above sample may also include 2-3 Housing Finance Companies [HFCs] and 2-3 Gold Loan Companies. iii. Create Swim Lane based credit and risk framework (including rating models and credit appraisal/ data driven decisioning) for channelising assistance to different category of NBFCs through various products including Term Loans, Securitisation, assignment, Co-lending, etc. Design credit appraisal formats for different categories of NBFCs. Prepare robust mechanism for risk assessment of smaller and emerging NBFCs which are low rated or unrated entities. Propose limit setting process, exposure limits, pricing, risk appetite statement, capital allocation and provisions. iv. Build investment framework for equity support to NBFCs, which shall include equity/equity type instruments to be used, investment assessment methodology and divestment strategies. v. Examine the extant credit processes / credit administration in the life cycle of loans to NBFC-ICCs and NBFC-MFIs, including security, documentation, exit/ recovery, powers vested in SIDBI Act, etc. and advise improvements. vi. Design data-based monitoring mechanism (including templates/ formats) for different categories of NBFCs including data collection mechanism, defining various triggers & actions thereon (including exit strategy). vii. End use monitoring has to cover the possible proxies that may be considered for compliance with MSME mandate of SIDBI, in the absence of Udyam Registration Certificate. viii.
