Common use of Amendments Clause in Contracts

Amendments. Any amendment to this Contract shall be made in writing and shall be signed by the Parties. This Contract may be executed in any number of counterparts, all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same instrument. Each counterpart is an original, but all counterparts shall together constitute one and the same instrument.
