Dispute settlement procedure. 12.1. All disputes which may arise from this Contract shall be settled through negotiations.

Dispute settlement procedure. 7.1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Ukraine/England. This Agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
7.2. If not settled by the negotiations, any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including the conclusion, interpretation, execution, breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in accordance with its Rules. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The place of arbitration shall be Kiev, Ukraine. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English. /
7.2. If not settled by the negotiations, any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the LCIA Rules, which Rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The seat, or legal place, of arbitration shall be London UK. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English. The governing law of the Agreement shall be the substantive English law.

5.2. If the Parties fail to come to an agreement within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the relevant claim by one Party from the other Party, the dispute shall be resolved in the commercial court of Charlottenburg, Berlin, Germany. Its decision shall be final and binding on the Parties.
5.3. The parties are also entitled to file a lawsuit in connection to this Agreement to the court according to the place of registration of the defendant.
5.4. The law governing this Agreement is the substantive law of Germany.
