At that, for untimely insurance payment, the Insurer pays the Insured (Insured Person) a penalty in the amount of 0.05% of the insurance payment amount calculated for each day of delay but not more than 10% of the insurance payment amount, 2.2.6. to make a voluntary decision to receive an insurance service or to refuse to receive such a service before receiving it, 2.2.7. to appeal to the Insurer for instructions on the necessary assistance obtainance procedure, 2.2.8. in case of violation of the Insurance Contract terms by the Insurer, to early terminate such Contract; 2.2.9. other rights are provided by the current legislation. The Parties have the obligations specified in the Offer, this Annex No. 1 to the Offer, and the current legislation of Ukraine. 3.1. The Insurer is obliged: 3.1.1. in case of an insurance event, to make an insurance payment within the term stipulated in the Contract, 3.1.2. to ensure the confidentiality of information constituting the іnsurance privilege taking into account the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Insurance”, 3.1.3. to provide the Insured with the terms of the Insurance Contract, 3.1.4. to return the insurance premium to the Insured in the case provided for by the Offer and this Annex No. 1 to the Offer, 3.1.5. for late payment of the insurance payment, the Insured (Insured Person) shall pay a penalty in the amount of 0.05% of the insurance payment, amount calculated for each day of delay but not more than 10% of the insurance payment amount. страхових виплат, переліком документів, необхідних для отримання страхового відшкодування;
