00 - DEFINITIONS. The following definition of terms associated with this Agreement is provided to establish a common understanding between both parties to this Agreement as to the intended usage, application, and interpretation of such terms pertaining to this Agreement.

00 - DEFINITIONS. Occasional Teacher shall bear the meaning given in the Education Act, as amended from time to time and for the purpose of this agreement shall be referred to as “Teacher.”
