00 EXTENT OF AGREEMENT AND DEFINITIONS. The Contractor accepts the relationship of trust and confidence established between it and the Owner by this Agreement. Contractor covenants with the Owner to furnish its skill and judgement and to cooperate with the Owner and Owner‟s employees in furthering the interests of the Owner. Contractor agrees to furnish efficient business administration and superintendence and use its efforts to complete the Project in the most expeditious and economical manner consistent with the Contract Documents and with the interest of the Owner.
