00 - PURPOSE. The purpose of this agreement is to establish satisfactory relations between the Employer and its employees, to provide the machinery for the prompt and equitable disposition of grievances and to establish and maintain satisfactory working conditions, hours of work and wages for all employees who are subject to the provisions of this agreement and to contribute to the provision of the best mental health service possible in accordance with the aims and objectives of the Lambton-▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ of the Canadian Mental Health Association.
