000 GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE. Mr. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Associate Chair, LRB, or his successor(s), shall remain seized of jurisdiction to resolve any/all matters of dispute which may arise between the parties in regards to the terms of the Plasterers Standard ICI Agreement Interest Arbitration Award and/or the application thereof. To this end, and notwithstanding any/all contrary provisions of the Plasterers Standard ICI Agreement, both parties reserve the right to submit such matters to ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ for mediation/facilitation and an adjudicated resolution if necessary. Any such adjudicated resolution shall be final and binding upon the parties.
