-1 Service Clause Samples

-1 Service. 3.8.1 Ameritech shall provide 9-1-1 Service to Requesting Carrier as described in this Section 3.9 in each Rate Center in which (i) Requesting Carrier is authorized to provide local Telephone Exchange Service and (ii) Ameritech is the 9-1-1 service provider.
-1 Service. III.9.1 Ameritech shall provide 9-1-1 Service to CLEC as described in this Section 3.9 in each Rate Center in which (i) CLEC is authorized to provide local exchange services and (ii) Ameritech is the 9-1-1 service provider.
-1 Service. (a) Ameritech shall provide 9-1-1 Service to Requesting Carrier as described in this Section 3.9 in each Rate Center in which (i) Requesting Carrier is authorized to provide local Telephone Exchange Service and (ii) Ameritech is the 9-1-1 service provider. (b) To ensure the proper planning, design and implementation of the 9-1-1 Service, Requesting Carrier shall provide Ameritech with any information required to complete the Ameritech Planning Questionnaire and Network Definition document, a copy of which will be provided to Requesting Carrier prior to the Effective Date.3/ The information necessary to complete the questionnaire and Network Definition document shall be provided to Ameritech in a format prescribed by Ameritech, and Requesting Carrier shall provide updates and additional information as requested by Ameritech.
-1 Service. The Services include Emergency 9-1-1 Service. The limitations of the Emergency 9-1-1 Service include: (i) the caller’s location information and phone number will not automatically be delivered to the public service answering point (“PSAP”) for a 9-1-1 call, and will have to be provided verbally by the caller; (ii) the call control features that allow the PSAP to control the line on which the 9-1-1 call was made will not be available; (iii) the service will not be available if Customer’s equipment is not configured properly, or is not functioning; (iv) the service will not be available during a power outage ; (v) the service will not be available during an internet outage; (vi) the service will not be available if the Services are suspended or terminated; and (vii) it will take longer to connect to the PSAP. The Customer acknowledges and understands the limitations of the Emergency 9-1-1 Service. Customer understands and agrees that it is ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s obligation to ensure that all users of the Services are aware of the limitations of the Emergency 9-1-1 Service. Customer assumes all liability and responsibility for the provision to users of the Services of the Emergency 9- 1-1 Service. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Supplier (and its officers, directors, shareholders, employees and representatives) harmless for any and all injury, death or damage whatsoever, whether direct or indirect, that may result from any limitations of the Emergency 9-1-1 Service, including the limitations aforesaid.

-1 Service. 3.8.1 CBT shall provide E9-1-1 Service to TELIGENT's Customers on the same basis that CBT provides E9-1-1 Service to its own Customers in the municipality where such E9-1-1 Service is provided pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in this Section 3.8 in each Rate Center in which (i) TELIGENT is authorized to provide local exchange services and (ii) CBT is the E9-1-1 service provider.

  • IN-SERVICE When a nurse attends any in-service programme during her/his regularly scheduled working hours, she/he shall suffer no loss of pay. When a nurse is unable to do so, and attends the in-service programme outside her/his regularly scheduled hours, she/he shall be paid for all time attendance at her/his straight time rate of pay. If attendance is mandatory all applicable premiums will apply.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (▇▇▇) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • Our Service The services that you have selected and the charges for those services are confirmed in Section 9 - Your Consent at the end of this agreement. We agree to provide the services selected and you agree to pay us for those services. Any advice or recommendation that we offer to you, will only be given after we have assessed your needs and considered your financial objectives and attitude to any risks that may be involved. We will also take into account any restrictions that you wish to place on the type of products you would be willing to consider.

  • Service a. Any notice, request or demand required to be served on any party hereto shall be in writing and shall be deemed to be sufficiently served:- (i) If it is delivered personally to the address of the party provided pursuant to these Conditions of Sale or at the designated branch of the Assignee as stipulated herein; or (ii) If it is sent by prepaid registered post to the address of the party provided pursuant to these Conditions of Sale or by AR Registered Post to the designated branch of the Assignee as stipulated herein; and such notice, request or demand shall be deemed to have been received (iii) If delivered personally at the time given by hand or courier; or (iv) If sent by prepaid registered post after 3 days of posting; or (v) If sent by AR Registered Post upon actual receipt. b. Any legal process issued may be served on any party in the same manner stipulated for the service of notice, request or demand and such legal process shall be deemed served in the same manner as for the notice, request or demand.

  • Utility Service To the extent commercially reasonable and practicable, the Sellers and Purchaser shall obtain ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and meter readings as of the Business Day preceding the Closing Date to aid in the proration of charges for gas, electricity and other utility services which are not the direct responsibility of Tenants. If such ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or meter readings as of the Business Day preceding the Closing Date are obtained, adjustments for any costs, expenses, charges or fees shown thereon shall be made in accordance with such ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or meter readings. If such ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or meter readings as of the Business Day preceding the Closing Date are not available for a utility service, the charges therefor shall be adjusted at the Closing on the basis of the per diem charges for the most recent prior period for which bills were issued and shall be further adjusted at the Final Closing Adjustment on the basis of the actual bills for the period in which the Closing takes place. Each Property’s Seller shall receive a credit at Closing for the Utility Deposits, if any, that are transferred or made available to Purchaser and that are held by applicable utility companies for the account of such Seller in respect of services provided to such Seller’s Property or Properties. Purchaser shall arrange for placing all utility services and bills in its own name as of the Closing Date.
