101           Service Provider. An individual or business entity who is retained by the Plan Administrator on behalf of the Plan to provide specified administrative services to the Plan. 1. 102 Severance Date The date which is the earlier of: the date on which an Employee quits, retires, is discharged or dies; or the first anniversary of the first date of a period in which an Employee remains continuously absent from Service with an Employer or affiliate (with or without pay) for any reason other than quit, retirement, discharge or death.
