105 Injunction. The Ad Hoc Committee of First Lien Noteholders shall support any motion filed by the Company seeking a 105 Injunction Order temporarily enjoining all of the Caesars Cases, provided that both the motion and order are in a form reasonably acceptable to the Ad Hoc Committee of First Lien Noteholders, it being acknowledged and agreed that the motion filed on October 3, 2016, at [ECF No. 365] in Adv. Pro. No. 15-00149 (ABG) is reasonably acceptable to the Ad Hoc Committee of First Lien Noteholders.
