The project to be developed, constructed, and operated by, or on behalf of, CSU on the Real Property and the River Park Property in accordance with the Section 22.0908 Conditions and the intent and purposes outlined in Measure G, the Campus Master Plan, the Final EIR, and the Additional Public Benefits. A site plan depicting the main components of the Project is included as Attachment 6 to this Agreement.
