202 Project Field Office. The Consultant shall obtain and furnish a project field office for the project for an expected duration is XX months. The size, furnishings and equipment of the field office will be as recommended by the Consultant and as approved by the City. All City approved field office costs shall be made by the Consultant as a Reimbursable under this Agreement.

  • Research Project The findings of any research project, which would change the provisions of this Agreement will not be implemented until such changes are negotiated and agreed to by the parties.
