3Inconsistency. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any of the Debenture Documents, the provisions of this Agreement shall have an overriding effect over the provisions of the Debenture Documents (except the Inter-Creditor Agreement) and in the event of any conflict/inconsistency between the provisions contained in this Agreement and the provisions contained in the Debenture Documents (except the Inter-Creditor Agreement), the provisions contained in this Agreement shall prevail, to the extent of such inconsistency.   • Inconsistency In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of the Schedule and the other provisions of this Master Agreement, the Schedule will prevail. In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of any Confirmation and this Master Agreement (including the Schedule), such Confirmation will prevail for the purpose of the relevant Transaction.

  • Inconsistencies To the extent of any inconsistencies between the terms and conditions of this Amendment and the terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement, the terms and conditions of this Amendment shall prevail. All terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement not inconsistent herewith shall remain in full force and effect and are hereby ratified and confirmed by Borrowers.

  • SECTION HEADINGS; INCONSISTENCY The section headings used in this Agreement are included solely for convenience and shall not affect, or be used in connection with, the interpretation of this Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of this Agreement and any form, award, plan or policy of the Company, the terms of this Agreement shall govern and control.

  • Inconsistencies with Other Documents In the event there is a conflict or inconsistency between this Agreement and any other Loan Document, the terms of this Agreement shall control; provided that any provision of the Security Documents which imposes additional burdens on the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or further restricts the rights of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or gives the Administrative Agent or Lenders additional rights shall not be deemed to be in conflict or inconsistent with this Agreement and shall be given full force and effect.
