The hotline and information services shall be staffed and operated in accordance with the Customer Service Standards set forth at Section 3.18 to provide support Exchange Enrollees and in a manner designed to assure compliance with these Performance Measurement Standards.

800 Number. On or before January 1, 1999, the Company shall assign to QVC, all of its right, title and interest in and to the toll free telephone number (l-800-227-3990) (the “800 Number”).   • Data Universal Number System (DUNS) number Requirement Grantee will provide their valid DUNS number contemporaneous with execution of this Agreement.

  • Project Number The project number has been assigned by the Commission as the unique identifier for your project, and it cannot be changed. The project number should appear on each page of the grant agreement preparation documents to prevent errors during its handling.

  • Website, Email Address and Toll-Free Number The Administrator will establish and maintain and use an internet website to post information of interest to Class Members including the date, time and location for the Final Approval Hearing and copies of the Settlement Agreement, Motion for Preliminary Approval, the Preliminary Approval, the Class Notice, the Motion for Final Approval, the Motion for Class Counsel Fees Payment, Class Counsel Litigation Expenses Payment and Class Representative Service Payment, the Final Approval and the Judgment.   • Contact Numbers The Parties agree to provide one another with toll-free nation- wide (50 states) contact numbers for the purpose of ordering, provisioning and maintenance of services.

  • Taxpayer ID Number The Contractor shall include its taxpayer ID number on all invoices submitted to the County for payment to ensure compliance with IRS requirements and to expedite payment processing.
