8Memorandum of Lease. Tenant shall not record this Lease or a short form memorandum hereof without ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s prior written consent which Landlord may withhold in its sole discretion.

8Memorandum of Lease. The Parties agree, concurrently with the execution of this Ground Lease, to execute a memorandum of this Ground Lease in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D recording in the chain of title of the Land, setting forth the parties hereto, the date of this Ground Lease and the term of this Ground Lease, and said memorandum shall be promptly recorded by ▇▇▇▇▇▇. Either Landlord or Tenant may record a memorandum of any amendment or modification of this Ground Lease, provided the memorandum shall not include the financial terms of this Ground Lease (as so amended or modified). Each Party shall, upon the request of the other, join in the execution of a memorandum of any amendment or modification of this Ground Lease in proper form for recordation together with any transfer tax returns or forms necessary for such recordation. The Party requesting such memorandum of any amendment or modification of this Ground Lease shall be responsible for the payment of any recording fees.
