Neither Lessor nor ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall record this Lease but the parties do agree to execute and deliver a Memorandum of Lease, drawn in accordance with the statutes of the State of New York that reflects the requirements of the statutes as well as the provisions of this Lease and to cause the same to appear of record promptly following the execution and delivery of this Lease by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇.
In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of the Lease and the terms of this Memorandum of Lease, the terms of the Lease shall govern for all purposes.
