Memorandum of Lease definition

Memorandum of Lease means a memorandum of this Lease, in recordable form, setting forth the following provisions of this Lease: (a) all information any Law requires;
Memorandum of Lease has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(c)(iii).
Memorandum of Lease means a recordable memorandum of the essential terms of the Lease, in the form in Exhibit 3, executed, acknowledged and delivered by the Parties pursuant to Section 2.3.
