Description of the Leased Premises. Following construction of the Facilities, the Tenant may cause a Site to be surveyed in order to provide a registerable legal description for the Leased Premises which the Tenant requires pursuant to Section 2.1(b). Upon such survey being complete, the Landlord shall execute such acknowledgement as may be required by the Tenant confirming the legal descriptions of the Leased Premises.
