Common use of Abandonment of Project Clause in Contracts

Abandonment of Project. If the DISTRICT abandons the PROJECT for more than ninety consecutive days, the CONSULTANT shall be compensated for services satisfactorily performed prior to the abandonment and CONSULTANT may terminate this AGREEMENT by giving not less than 7 days written notice to the DISTRICT.
