Abusive Language. It is DFMC policy to provide a safe work place that provides an environment that is free from abusive, offensive or threatening behaviour, for all people associated with our business. If DFMC believes that such behaviour has occurred (this will be determined at DFMC Board discretion), you will be suspended from milk pick up for five days or until DFMC believes the behaviour has been rectified.
Abusive Language. Any person in authority when addressing employees must refrain in the use of abusive language and similarly no employee shall be permitted to use abusive language to any person in authority.
Abusive Language. Any person employed by the Corporation in authority while addressing employees must refrain from the use of abusive language and similarly employees must refrain from the use of abusive language to any such person in authority. Any dispute or grievance which has been carried through all stages of the Grievance Procedure, as outlined in Articles and and which has not been settled, will be referred to a Board of Arbitration at the request of either of the parties hereto. Within five (5) days thereafter each party shall name an arbitrator to an Arbitration Board and notify the other party of the name and address of its appointee. The two so named shall within seven days select a third person to act as Chairman of the Board of Arbitration but should they not do so within seven (7) days then either party may apply to the Minister of Labour of Ontario to appoint a person to be Chairman. No person shall be selected as a member of an Arbitration Board who: is acting, or has within a period of six (6) months preceding the date of their appointment, acted in the capacity of solicitor, legal advisor, counsel or paid agent of either of the parties. An arbitrator shall not be considered as a paid agent; has any pecuniary interest in matters referred to the Board.
Abusive Language. It has been agreed that it is necessary to establish certain rules, regulations and penalties to cover the conduct of employees of the Company while they are on duty or within the bounds of the Company's property. (197) Therefore, the use of profane, abusive or threatening language toward any employee, indulging in boisterous acts that could cause or lead to injury or threatening injury to other employees is PROHIBITED. Any employee found guilty of indulging in any of the above acts, shall be suspended for one (1) day on the first offense, two (2) days on the second offense, three (3) days for the third offense, and five (5) days for the fourth offense. This rule will apply to each twelve (12) month period from the first offense.
Abusive Language. Any person employed by the Corporation must refrain from the use of abusive language to any such person. All employees of the City are expected to show respect and tolerance for each other in the workplace.

If it is later determined that the contractor did not comply with 2 C.F.R. pt. 180, subpart C and 2 C.F.R. pt. 3000, subpart C, in addition to remedies available to the Participating Public Agency, the Federal Government may pursue available remedies, including but not limited to suspension and/or debarment. (4) The bidder or proposer agrees to comply with the requirements of 2 C.F.R. pt. 180, subpart C and 2 C.F.R. pt. 3000, subpart C while this offer is valid and throughout the period of any contract that may arise from this offer. The bidder or proposer further agrees to include a provision requiring such compliance in its lower tier covered transactions.
