Academy Board’s Response. Within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Notice of Intent to Revoke, the Academy Board shall respond in writing to the alleged grounds for revocation. The Academy Board’s response shall be addressed to the CSO Director, and shall either admit or deny the allegations of non-compliance. If the Academy’s response includes admissions of non-compliance with the Contract or Applicable Law, the Academy Board’s response must also contain a description of the Academy Board’s plan and time line for correcting the non-compliance with the Contract or Applicable Law. If the Academy’s response includes a denial of non-compliance with the Contract or Applicable Law, the Academy’s response shall include sufficient documentation or other evidence to support a denial of non-compliance with the Contract or Applicable Law. A response not in compliance with this section shall be deemed to be non- responsive. As part of its response, the Academy Board may request that a meeting be scheduled with the CSO Director prior to a review of the Academy Board’s response.

  • Joint Safety Committee (a) The Union and the Company shall cooperate in selecting one or more Safety Committees, which will meet at least once a month to consider all safety and occupational health problems. (b) The local Joint Safety Committee shall consist of equal representation from Company and Union.   • Health & Safety Committee The Employer agrees to establish a Health & Safety Committee for all employees of the company under the auspices of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA). The Committee shall be made up of an equal number (not less than one each) of non-bargaining unit and bargaining unit persons who have completed their probationary period. The Union has the right to appoint the members representing the bargaining unit. The Committee shall keep minutes of its meetings and post them in the shop. One copy will be forwarded to the Union office.

  • Recognition of Union Stewards and Grievance Committee In order to provide an orderly and speedy procedure for the settling of grievances, the Employer acknowledges the rights and duties of the Union Stewards. The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall assist any Employee, which the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ represents, in preparing and presenting her grievance in accordance with the grievance procedure.

  • Timing of Company Response The Company shall respond to such claimant within 90 days after receiving the claim. If the Company determines that special circumstances require additional time for processing the claim, the Company can extend the response period by an additional 90 days by notifying the claimant in writing, prior to the end of the initial 90-day period, that an additional period is required. The notice of extension must set forth the special circumstances and the date by which the Company expects to render its decision.
