Acceleration of Purchase Obligation Clause Samples

Acceleration of Purchase Obligation. The Lessees shall be obligated to purchase Lessor's interest in the Leased Properties immediately, automatically and without notice upon the occurrence of any Event of Default specified in clause (f) or (g) of Article XII, for the purchase price set forth in Section 14.
Acceleration of Purchase Obligation. The Lessee shall be obligated to purchase for an amount equal to the Lease Balance all of the interest of the Lessor Trust in all of the Properties (notwithstanding any prior election to exercise its Purchase Option pursuant to Section 18.1) automatically and without notice upon the occurrence of any Lease Event of Default described in clause (i) of Section 16.1. Any purchase under this Section 18.3 shall be in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 21.1(a).
Acceleration of Purchase Obligation. The Lessees shall be obligated to purchase Lessor's interest in the Leased Properties immediately, automatically and without notice upon the occurrence of any Event of Default specified in clause (f) of Article XII (subject to clause (ii) of the definition of Limited Event of Default), for the purchase price set forth in Section 14.4. Subject to Section 13.4, upon the occurrence and during the continuance of any other Event of Default, the Lessees shall be obligated to purchase Lessor's interest in the Leased Properties for the purchase price set forth in Section 14.4 upon notice of such obligation from Lessor.

(b) The Lessee shall be obligated to purchase for an amount equal to the Asset Termination Value (plus all other amounts owing in respect of Rent (including Supplemental Rent) theretofore accruing) (offsetting against such amount the aggregate amount of the Cash Collateral, if any, permitted to be retained by the Lessor, the Indenture Trustee and the Participants), immediately upon written demand of the Lessor, the Lessor's interest in the Property at any time during the term when the Lessor's interest in the Property is foreclosed due to an event arising out of a violation of the warranty of title contained in Section 12.1 hereof and the Lessor ceases to have title as contemplated by Section 12.1.
