Acceptable Standard of Display Clause Samples

The Acceptable Standard of Display clause defines the minimum quality or presentation requirements that must be met when displaying products, services, or materials under an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines specific criteria such as cleanliness, visibility, branding consistency, or adherence to certain guidelines, ensuring that displays meet the expectations set by the parties. Its core function is to maintain a consistent and professional appearance, thereby protecting brand reputation and reducing disputes over inadequate or substandard displays.
Acceptable Standard of Display. Artist represents and warrants that: SAMPLE 4.2.6.1 General routine cleaning and repair of the Work and any associated working parts and/or equipment will maintain the Work within an acceptable standard of public display. 4.2.6.2 Foreseeable exposure to the elements and general wear and tear will cause the Work to experience only minor repairable damages and will not cause the Work to fall below an acceptable standard of public display. 4.2.6.3 With general routine cleaning and repair, and within the context of foreseeable exposure to the elements and general wear and tear, the Work will not experience irreparable conditions that do not fall within an acceptable standard of public display, including mold, rust, fracturing, staining, chipping, tearing, abrading and peeling.
Acceptable Standard of Display. 3.3.1. The Artist represents and warrants that general routine cleaning and repair of the Artwork and any associated working parts and/or equipment will maintain the Artwork within an acceptable standard of public display. 3.3.2. The Artist represents and warrants that foreseeable exposure to the elements and general wear and tear will cause the Artwork to experience only minor damages and will not cause the Artwork to fall below an acceptable standard of public display. 3.3.3. The Artist represents and warrants that with general routine cleaning and repair, and within the context of foreseeable exposure to the elements and general wear and tear, the Artwork will not experience irreparable conditions that do not fall within an acceptable standard of public display, including mold, rust, fracturing, staining, chipping, tearing, abrading, and peeling.

General routine cleaning and repair of the Artwork and any associated working parts and/or equipment will maintain the Artwork within an acceptable standard of public display. ii. Foreseeable exposure to the elements and general wear and tear will cause the Artwork to experience only minor repairable damages and will not cause the Artwork to fall below an acceptable standard of public display. iii. With general routine cleaning and repair, and within the context of foreseeable exposure to the elements and general wear and tear, the Artwork will not experience irreparable conditions that do not fall within an acceptable standard of public display, including mold, rust, fracturing, staining, chipping, tearing, abrading and peeling. iv. Manufacturer’s Warranties. To the extent the Artwork incorporates products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, Artist shall provide copies of such warranties to the City. The foregoing warranties are conditional, and shall be voided by the failure of the City to maintain the Artwork in accordance with the Artist’s specifications and the applicable conservation standards. If the City fails to maintain the Artwork in good condition, the Artist, in addition to other rights or remedies the Artist may have in equity or at law, shall have the right to disown the Artwork as the Artist’s creation and request that all credits be removed from the Artwork and reproductions thereof until the Artwork’s condition is satisfactorily repaired.
Acceptable Standard of Display. ARTIST represents and warrants that general routine cleaning and repair of the artwork and any associated working parts and/or equipment will maintain the artwork within an acceptable standard of public display. Foreseeable exposure to the elements and general wear and tear will cause the artwork to experience only minor repairable damages and will not cause the artwork to fall below an acceptable standard of public display. With general routine cleaning and repair, and within the context of foreseeable exposure to the elements and general wear and tear, the artwork will not experience irreparable conditions that do not fall within an acceptable standard of public display, including mold, dust, fracturing, staining, chipping, tearing, abrading, and peeling. To the extent the artwork incorporates products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, ARTIST shall provide copies of such warranties to the CITY.

  • Minimum Standard of Treatment 1. Each Party shall accord to a covered investment treatment in accordance with the customary international law minimum standard of treatment of aliens, including fair and equitable treatment and full protection and security. 2. The concepts of “fair and equitable treatment” and “full protection and security” in paragraph 1 do not require treatment in addition to or beyond that which is required by the customary international law minimum standard of treatment of aliens. 3. A breach of another provision of this Agreement, or of a separate international agreement, does not establish that there has been a breach of this Article.

  • Meets Standard The school materially complies with applicable laws, rules, regulations and provisions of the charter contract relating to health and safety, including but not limited to: • Health clearances and immunizations • Prohibiting smoking on campus • Appropriate student health services • Safety plan

  • Applicable Standards The requirements and guidelines of NERC, the Applicable Regional Entity, and the Control Area in which the Customer Facility is electrically located; the PJM Manuals; and Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards.

  • Escrow Format Specification Deposit’s Format. Registry objects, such as domains, contacts, name servers, registrars, etc. will be compiled into a file constructed as described in draft-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-registry-data-escrow, see Part A, Section 9, reference 1 of this Specification and draft-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-dnrd-objects-mapping, see Part A, Section 9, reference 2 of this Specification (collectively, the “DNDE Specification”). The DNDE Specification describes some elements as optional; Registry Operator will include those elements in the Deposits if they are available. If not already an RFC, Registry Operator will use the most recent draft version of the DNDE Specification available at the Effective Date. Registry Operator may at its election use newer versions of the DNDE Specification after the Effective Date. Once the DNDE Specification is published as an RFC, Registry Operator will implement that version of the DNDE Specification, no later than one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after. UTF-8 character encoding will be used.

  • Standard of Work All work to be performed by or for Tenant pursuant hereto shall be performed diligently and in a first class, workmanlike manner, and in compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, regulations and rules of any public authority having jurisdiction over the Premises and/or Tenant and Landlord’s insurance carriers. Landlord shall have the right, but not the obligation, to inspect periodically the work on the Premises, and Landlord may require changes in the method or quality of the work.
