Common use of Acceptance of Assignment Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of Assignment. The undersigned Assignee hereby accepts the above assignment of all right, title and interest of the Assignor therein and to the Agreement, by and between such Assignor and the Corporation, and the undersigned hereby agrees to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of said Agreement, as if the original employee party thereto.
