ACCEPTANCE OF LIABILITY Sample Clauses

The Acceptance of Liability clause establishes which party is responsible for losses, damages, or claims arising from the agreement. Typically, it outlines the circumstances under which one party agrees to be held legally accountable for specific actions, omissions, or breaches, and may specify limits or exclusions to this responsibility. This clause is essential for allocating risk between the parties and providing clarity on who bears financial or legal responsibility if issues occur during the course of the contract.
