Acceptance of Work Sample Clauses
The Acceptance of Work clause defines the process by which the client or receiving party formally acknowledges that the delivered goods or services meet the agreed-upon specifications and requirements. Typically, this involves a review or testing period during which the client inspects the work and either accepts it or notifies the provider of any deficiencies that must be corrected. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of when the work is considered complete and satisfactory, thereby reducing disputes and providing a structured mechanism for addressing any issues before final approval.
