Completion of Work Sample Clauses
The 'Completion of Work' clause defines the requirements and standards for when contracted work is considered finished. It typically outlines the criteria that must be met, such as passing inspections, meeting specifications, or obtaining approvals from relevant parties. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of what constitutes completion, helping to prevent disputes over whether obligations have been fulfilled and facilitating the finalization of payment or project closeout.
