Acceptance Test Procedures. The following conditions precedent must be satisfied prior to the conduct of the Acceptance Test: Final Single-Line Drawing, and notes, has received Company's written consent pursuant to Section 1(a)(i) (Single Line Drawing, Interface Block Diagram, Relay List, Relay Settings and Trip Scheme) of Attachment B (Facility Owned by Seller) to this Agreement. Final Relay List and Trip Scheme have received Company's written consent pursuant to Section 1(a)(i) of Attachment B (Facility Owned by Seller) to this Agreement. Final Interface Block Diagram has received Company consent pursuant to Section 1(a)(i) of Attachment B (Facility Owned by Seller) to this Agreement. No later than 14 Days prior to commencement of the Acceptance Test: •• Seller shall have certified to Company that Seller-Owned Interconnection Facilities have been installed and commissioned and such certification has not, prior to the commencement of the Acceptance Test, been subsequently challenged by Company on the basis of on-site observations made by the Company's representatives following the walk-through to be conducted pursuant to Section 2(f)(ii) of this Attachment G (Company-Owned Interconnection Facilities). •• Seller shall have certified to Company that any Company-Owned Interconnection Facilities built by Seller (and/or its Contractors) have been installed and commissioned and such certification has not, prior to the commencement of the Acceptance Test, been subsequently challenged by Company on the basis of on-site observations made by the Company's representatives following the walk-through to be conducted pursuant to Section 2(f)(ii) of this Attachment G (Company-Owned Interconnection Facilities). Any Company-Owned Interconnection Facilities not built by or on behalf of Seller have been installed and commissioned. Acceptance Test Procedures. Seller acknowledges that: (aa) Company has multiple on-going projects with other developers as well as its own capital improvement projects; (bb) Company has limited resources to provide engineering oversight (such as review of plans) to such projects and to participate in the testing of such projects; (cc) in order for Company to accommodate such oversight and testing, it is necessary for Company to sequentially allocate its resources for each project a year or more in advance; (dd) the result is a queue of such projects that reflects the scheduling commitments of Company's resources to conduct such oversight and to participate in such testing; (ee) if a project is behind the schedule on which Company's resources have been scheduled for the oversight of such project, or if a project is not ready for testing at the time Company's resources have been scheduled for the testing of such project, or if a project does not complete testing within the period for which Company's resources have been scheduled for such testing, the progress of projects later in the queue may be adversely affected; (ff) the Test Ready Deadline that is set forth in Attachment K-1 (Seller's Conditions Precedent and Company Milestones) reflects the scheduling commitment of Company's resources to (i) conduct the oversight necessary to facilitate Seller's achievement of that Test Ready Deadline, (ii) commence the Acceptance Test on the Acceptance Testing Milestone Date that is set forth in Attachment K-1 (Seller's Conditions Precedent and Company Milestones) and (iii) thereafter participate in the Control System Acceptance Test; and (gg) the Project will lose its place in the queue and will be assigned a new Acceptance Testing Milestone Date for commencement of the Acceptance Test that will be behind the other projects then in the queue if (i) the Seller fails to satisfy any of the conditions precedent set forth in Section f(ii) of this Attachment G (Company-Owned Interconnection Facilities) within the time period specified therein for the task in question or, if no time period is specified therein, by the Test Ready Deadline, (ii) the Seller fails to satisfy any of the Seller's Conditions Precedent set forth in Attachment K-1 (Seller's Conditions Precedent and Company Milestones) and/or (iii) the Acceptance Test and the Control System Acceptance Test are not satisfactorily completed within the time allotted to complete such testing. Acceptance Test Procedures. (a) Seller shall prepare and submit to Buyer for approval Acceptance Test Procedures ("ATP").
(b) ATP shall define comprehensive and sufficient tests to prove and demonstrate that items passing the test meet all the requirements of the Product Specifications.
(c) ATP shall define, among other things, the tests, signals inputs and outputs, nominal values and tolerances, and the procedure where test sequence is significant. Test equipment configuration, test set-up, accuracy, loading and other arrangements shall be defined for these tests.

Acceptance Test Procedures. Novatel shall inspect and test all Guaranteed Volume Modem deliveries prior to shipment to confirm conformance with the Specifications. Following receipt of delivery of a Modem shipment, Metricom or its Designee(s), as specified in the applicable purchase order, may inspect such shipment for conformance with the Specifications.
(a) Upon determination that a shipment does meet Specifications, Metricom will issue an Acceptance Certificate for such shipment. Such Acceptance Certificate does not imply acceptance of any other shipment nor waive the warranty provisions under this Agreement or any other remedy that Metricom may have for a defective shipment.
(b) In the event that a shipment is rejected for failure to meet Specifications, Metricom or its Designee(s) shall return the shipment at Novatels expense and provide Novatel with written notification of the shipment's nonconformity. Novatel shall undertake to repair or replace the shipment or any nonconforming portion thereof at no charge to Metricom. or its Designee(s) and resubmit the shipment to Metricom or its Designee(s) within five (5) days of receipt of the rejected shipment.
Acceptance Test Procedures. For the Acceptance Test Procedure the Parties draw up an acceptance- and handover protocol (see Appendix 6), confirming that delivery has taken place, stating alleged defects and deficiencies in the equipment and any other matters identified by the Cus- tomer. Significant deficiencies exist in particular if the following conditions are not met: • The full delivery shall be properly delivered, set-up and installed. • Approved receiving control shall be completed in accordance with applicable law. • Mechanical and electrical safety control according to applicable law shall be com- pleted. • Functional test of and with interfaces to other installations and systems, network and remote access must be implemented with fully satisfactory results. • Testing of the delivery in respect of the Customer's requirements and specifica- tions as set out in Appendix 1 and the Supplier's tender response must be com- pleted and duly documented with fully satisfactory results. • The full documentation of the delivery, including quality assurance of installation, documentation of tests etc. must be handed over to the Supplier by succesfull acceptance Test. • The Customer's users shall have received the necessary basic instructions of the proper use and the safe operation of the Equipment. • At least one team of the Customer's users shall have completed application train- ing. • Approved clinical testing must be completed. • The Customer's technicians shall have received basic instruction in daily operation and maintenance of the Equipment (may be waived by agreement) If during the Acceptance Test Procedure defects and deficiencies are determined, the Supplier is obliged to remedy such defects or deficiencies without undue delay. In the case of significant defects or deficiencies the Customer shall furthermore be entitled to reject acceptance and postpone the acceptance procedures until the Supplier has rem- edied these defects or deficiencies. Defects or deficiencies that do not themselves represent a substantial deficiency, can by virtue of their number and overall character, constitute a significant deficiency. If during the Acceptance Test Procedure there is evidence of significant defects and deficiencies, and acceptance is rejected and postponed, there will be a new Ac- ceptance Test Procedure when the Supplier has given the Customer a written notifica- tion that the defects and deficiencies have been remedied. Acceptance Test Procedures. Contractor shall develop detailed Acceptance Test procedures in accordance with Part I, Sections 8.2 and 8.5 of the Scope Book and shall provide such procedures to Owner for Owner’s review and approval not less than one hundred fifty (150) days prior to the date on which Contractor anticipates the commencement of the Acceptance Tests. Owner shall review such procedures and provide comments to Contractor as promptly as practicable. Contractor and Owner shall cooperate reasonably to reach agreement on the Acceptance Test Procedures not less than sixty (60) days prior to the date on which Contractor anticipates commencing the Performance Tests.
Acceptance Test Procedures. This document specifies the acceptance tests, which will be performed by the ITA and the manner in which such tests will be accomplished and documented on a fiber optic cable system installed by the City. Optical reflectivity of the cable system will be measured using an Optical Time Domain Reflectometer (OTDR). Measurements will be accomplished from both ends of the cable system. A sufficient length of launch cable will be used for all OTDR testing to allow all data from the cable under tests to be visible on the OTDT trace display. The OTDR traces will be recorded at 1330 nm and 1550 nm operating wavelengths to verify the cable system is specified for service.
