Common use of Accepted Application Forms Clause in Contracts

Accepted Application Forms. The Company agrees that all duly completed and submitted Application Forms received prior to the closing of the Application Lists and accepted by the Sole Global Coordinator pursuant to Clause 4.5, either in whole or in part, will be accepted by the Company before calling upon the Hong Kong Underwriter to perform their obligations under Clause 4.6.

Accepted Application Forms. The Company agrees that all duly completed and submitted Application Forms received prior to the closing of the Application Lists and accepted by the Sole Joint Sponsors (together with the Joint Global Coordinator Coordinators) pursuant to Clause 4.5, either in whole or in part, will be accepted by the Company before calling upon the Hong Kong Underwriter Underwriters or any of them to perform their obligations under Clause 4.6.
