Common use of Accepting the Terms Clause in Contracts

Accepting the Terms. You may not use the Fullscript API and may not accept the Terms if you are a person barred from using or receiving the Fullscript API under the applicable laws of the United States, Canada, or other countries including the country in which you are resident or from which you use the Fullscript API.
