Common use of Access by Tenant Clause in Contracts

Access by Tenant. Landlord shall afford Tenant and its employee's, agents and contractors access to the Premises prior to the Commencement Date, at reasonable times and at Tenant's sole risk and expense, for purposes of inspecting and verifying the performance of Landlord's Work. Tenant shall inspect the performance of Landlord's Work regularly and diligently and shall advise Landlord promptly of any objection in the performance of such Work.
