The 'Access by Union Representative' clause grants union representatives the right to enter the employer's premises to meet with employees or conduct union business. Typically, this access is subject to reasonable notice and may be limited to certain areas or times to avoid disrupting normal operations; for example, representatives might be allowed to visit break rooms during non-working hours.
