Access Channel Set Aside. 6.1.1 Franchisee shall provide on the Basic Service Tier three (3) EG Access Channels to the County for the use solely of the County or its designee. The County shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to use of the EG Access Channels. One (1) of the EG Access Channels shall be designated for Non-commercial use of the public school system of the County, and two (2) of the EG Access Channels shall be designated for the Non- commercial use of the County government. 6.1.2 The County or its designee shall be responsible for management, operation, and programming of the EG Access Channels.

  • Deliverables Upon satisfactory completion of the work authorization, the Engineer shall submit the deliverables as specified in the executed work authorization to the State for review and acceptance.

  • Subcontractors The Contractor will not subcontract any work under the Contract without prior written consent of the Department. The Contractor is fully responsible for satisfactory completion of all its subcontracted work.   • Introduction The Texas Health and Human Services Commission ("HHSC") and the Contractor named in Section I (HHSC and Contractor may be referenced in this document collectively as the “Parties” and individually as the “Party") hereby enter into this Community Services Contract - Provider Agreement (the “Contract”) for the provision of services under the Contract type specified in Section I for the considerations set forth herein. The Contract Begin Date specified in Section I is not valid until this Contract is signed by both parties.

  • Equipment 26.1 The Supplier is responsible for providing any Equipment which the Supplier requires to provide the Services. 26.2 Any Equipment brought onto the premises will be at the Supplier's own risk and the Buyer will have no liability for any loss of, or damage to, any Equipment. 26.3 When the Call-Off Contract Ends or expires, the Supplier will remove the Equipment and any other materials leaving the premises in a safe and clean condition.

  • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.
