Access Channel Connection. 6.1.5.1 Subject to the provisions of this Subsection 6.1.5, the Franchisee’s System shall capture EG Access Channel programming for distribution to Subscribers from the E911 Center (the “County-owned Aggregation Point” or “CAP”) at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇. 6.1.5.2 The Franchisee shall continue to connect its Cable System to equipment owned by the County and/or the PEG Access Designee at E911 Center, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Road, Yorktown, VA 23692 (the “PEG Access Studio”) in order to cablecast all PEG Access Programming originated and aggregated at the PEG Access Studio. The three auxiliary links (1) York Hall; (2) York High School; and (3) ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ (Fire Station) to the E911 Communications Center PEG Access Studio shall continue to be maintained by the Franchisee at its cost, including all existing equipment; provided, however, that upon the end of the useful life of the connections, or of the equipment supporting them and if the Franchisee determines in good faith that replacement equipment that is certified for use on the Verizon network is not reasonably available, the connection shall be migrated from a physical to a virtual connection, on a public or private IP network managed by York County. Within sixty (60) days of Franchisee’s receipt of a written request from the County, the Franchisee shall provide to the County and/or its PEG Access Designee, at Franchisee’s sole cost, two (1) IP decoder for use on an IP network furnished and operated by the County and/or its PEG Access Designee and one (1) IP encoder for each such migration for a total of up to three (3) IP decoders and three (3) IP encoders. The Franchisee shall work with the County and/or the PEG Access Designee to ensure that said IP encoder(s) and decoder(s) function as part of the County’s and/or PEG Access Designee’s IP network to deliver PEG Access Programming from County Hall to the PEG Access Studio in order to cablecast said programming. The County and/or the PEG Access Designee shall own the IP decoder(s) and IP encoder(s); provided, however, that Franchisee shall warranty the IP decoder(s) and IP encoder(s) for a one (1) year period beginning on the date of delivery by Franchisee to the County and/or the PEG Access Designee. The Franchisee’s obligations under this Subsection 6.1.5, including its obligation to provide upstream equipment and facilities necessary to transmit signals, shall be subject to the provision by the County, without charge to the Franchisee, of: (1...

  • Equipment 26.1 The Supplier is responsible for providing any Equipment which the Supplier requires to provide the Services. 26.2 Any Equipment brought onto the premises will be at the Supplier's own risk and the Buyer will have no liability for any loss of, or damage to, any Equipment. 26.3 When the Call-Off Contract Ends or expires, the Supplier will remove the Equipment and any other materials leaving the premises in a safe and clean condition.

  • Scope of Work For the 2022/2023 Grant Period, the Provider will maintain a victim services program that will be available to provide direct services to victims of crime who are identified by the Provider or are presented to the Provider, as specified in the Provider’s 2022/2023 Grant Application as approved by the OAG and incorporated herein by reference.

  • Subcontractors The Contractor will not subcontract any work under the Contract without prior written consent of the Department. The Contractor is fully responsible for satisfactory completion of all its subcontracted work. The Department supports diversity in its procurements and contracts, and requests that the Contractor offer subcontracting opportunities to certified woman-, veteran-, and minority-owned small businesses.   • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.
