The Connection. 4.1 The Connected Party will use the Connection to feed electricity into and/or consume electricity from the Offshore Transmission System in accordance with this Connection and Transmission Agreement. 4.2 The details of the Connected Party are set forth in Annex 1 Details of Connected Party. 4.3 Annex 2 Description and technical specifications of the Connection, including drawings sets forth (i) Connection details, (ii) description of the Connection, (iii) Description of the Connection Points and (iv) single line diagrams regarding the Connection. 4.4 If deemed reasonably necessary by TenneT, TenneT may restrict or interrupt transmission: a. for the purpose of executing its statutory duties; b. in connection with works carried out; or c. in the interest of safety. 4.5 TenneT shall notify the Connected Party as soon as reasonably possible in accordance with Annex 6 Operational arrangements and exchange of information of any scheduled or unscheduled interruption of the Connection that affects the operability of the Installation. In the event of a scheduled interruption, TenneT and the Connected Party shall use their reasonable endeavours to coordinate the timing of this planned interruption. 4.6 TenneT shall, to the extent reasonably possible take into account the operations of the Connected Party when carrying out the works referred to in Article 4.4(b). TenneT shall aim to schedule works in a manner that avoids that all 220 kV cables at the Platform are taken out at the same time. 4.7 Any consequences of delay or unavailability of the Connection or the Offshore Transmission System will be solely governed by section 16f of the Act and no provision of this Connection and Transmission Agreement will reduce or extend the Connected Party's rights for compensation under the Act or give rise to contractual or other liability of TenneT in relation to delay or unavailability of the Connection or the Offshore Transmission System.
The Connection. After development of the Connection, WorldRes will perform the final testing of the Connection and deliver written notice to Choice upon the date the Connection is fully operational ("Connection Date").

In the event of a scheduled outage, TenneT and the Connected Party shall use their reasonable endeavours to coordinate the timing of this planned outage. 4.6 TenneT shall at all times carry out the works referred to in Article 4.4(b) with the fullest allowance reasonably possible for the operations of the Connected Party.
The Connection. A culinary water connection to the City’s culinary water distribution system currently exists on said parcel. The connection consists of a corporation stop on the main pipeline, a copper water service line, a meter setter, and a curb stop on the downstream side of the meter setter. King will be required to bear the cost of a ¾” culinary water meter, which current cost is $243. The meter will be installed in a meter box to protect it from the elements. It will The total cost of the water meter shall be paid by King prior to the City providing and installing the water meter.

TenneT shall aim to schedule works in a manner that avoids that all export cables at the Platform are taken out at the same time. 4.7 Any consequences of delay or unavailability of the Connection or the Offshore Transmission System will be solely governed by section [5.27] of the Act and no provision of this Connection and Transmission Agreement will affect or extend the Connected Party's rights for compensation under the Act or give rise to contractual liability in relation to delay or unavailability of the Connection or the Offshore Transmission System.

  • Cross Connection For a collocation arrangement, the facilities between the collocating Party’s equipment and the equipment or facilities of the housing Party (such as the housing Party’s digital signal cross connect, Main Distribution Frame, or other suitable frame or panel).

  • Internet Connection Certain Solutions may require an active and stable connection to the Internet in order to function. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure that you have at all times an active and stable Internet connection.

  • Reconnection The Parties shall cooperate with each other to restore the Small Generating Facility, Interconnection Facilities, and the New York State Transmission System and Distribution System to their normal operating state as soon as reasonably practicable following a temporary disconnection.

  • Connections You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telecommunications, broadband and computer equipment and services needed to access and use Hosted Services, and for paying all associated charges.

  • Electrical connections In accordance with paragraph 5.11. However, if a rear position lamp is reciprocally incorporated with a direction- indicator, the electrical connection of the rear position lamp on the relevant side of the vehicle or the reciprocally incorporated part of it may be such that it is switched OFF during the entire period (both ON and OFF cycle) of activation of the direction-indicator lamp.
