Reconnection Sample Clauses
The Reconnection clause outlines the procedures and conditions under which services that have been suspended or disconnected—typically due to non-payment or breach—can be restored. It usually specifies any requirements the customer must fulfill, such as paying outstanding balances, reconnection fees, or remedying the cause of disconnection before service is reinstated. This clause ensures both parties understand the steps necessary for resuming services, thereby providing a clear path to restore service continuity and minimizing disputes over the process.
